House rules for dogs

Tell us you're bringing a pet when you book; there's a pet fee and an undeclared pet is charged $150. Dogs need to be part of the reservation, not dropped off. The Pool House yard is fenced; the Lake House yard runs down to the water and isn't. The Garage Suite doesn't take pets.

The Broadway Lake shoreline at the Lake House is an easy swim for a water dog. Greenville's Swamp Rabbit Trail, 45 minutes away, is the best long walk in the Upstate.
